Introduction:

CoinFund is looking for a passionate individual to join the firm’s Investor Relations team. This person will work directly with the head of Investor Relations, the broader IR team and Managing Partners to help drive capital raising and manage investor relationships.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

-Manage existing relationships with institutional LPs

-Respond to investor inquiries in a timely manner and further refine the investor relations process

-Support the firm’s fundraising activity by researching prospects, and proactively communicating with existing and potential LPs

-Prepare marketing materials, including but not limited to RFP's/DDQ's, pitchbooks, investor communications and fund presentation materials

-Maintain CRM for effective reporting and tracking

-Liaise with the firm’s partners and head of marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging

-Attend investor conferences as required

Requirements:

-5+ years of experience with at least 1 year of previous experience in a hybrid IR role within asset management

-Passion for blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency industry

-Familiarity and existing relationships with family offices a plus

-Ability to attend meetings, network and originate new investors for CoinFund funds

-Highly professional, organized person with strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Team player who can work collaboratively and demonstrate a “can do” attitude with a willingness to “roll-up” sleeves to get the job done

-Experienced CRM user, experience with performance analysis data

-Language skills: Fluent English, additional language proficiency a plus

-Computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, CRM databases, LinkedIn

-Self-starter and ability to keep pace in a high intensity, dynamic and rapidly evolving industry

-Working knowledge of investment strategies and IR requests
