The Opportunity

As the Senior Accountant, you will support the growth of CoinList by helping maintain accurate books and records. You will work directly with the Controller and CFO to oversee the execution of financial reporting.

What You Will Do

Accounting Functions

• Create and maintain revenue, expense, and digital assets schedules for month-end close
• Prepare and develop workpapers for Trading, Lending, Staking, and other product verticals
• Process vendor invoices into account payable system and ensure accurate GL account mapping
• Organize and maintain vendor management system
• Process intercompany activities for multiple subsidiaries and foreign entities
• Manage and gather capitalize software information and allocation to general ledger
• Familiar with consolidations under both IFRS/GAAP and foreign currencies
• Cross-review of workpapers for all entities as needed

Finance Functions

• Assist in preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Maintain and create weekly cash flow reports and runway projections
• Track & summarize expenses from 1x project spends (legal, consultants, projects, etc)
• Propose process and efficiency improvements as needed
• Ad-hoc projects

Audit and Tax support

• Assist the Controller in completing audits of multiple entities
• Lead the tax preparation process with outside tax advisors
• Prepare proper audit and tax documentation
• Prepare technical accounting memos as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with outside accounting firms
