The minimum experience required for this role is 2 to 9 years in system design. Freshers are not eligible for this role. The role is completely remote.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of distributed systems, high performance/low latency architectures, and databases. They should be able to tackle problems involving concurrency, race conditions, and the actor model. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with low latency infrastructure and must have worked in organizations that follow good engineering practices, release management, git-flow, test coverage, and CI/CD.

It's good to have knowledge of languages like Erlang, Elixir, Golang, and C++, as well as domain experience in HFT firms and crypto trading.
