Please note this is a purely acquisition side role, acquiring new clients for the org
- Define and identify segment customers and strategies towards acquisition of new clients
- Establish a pathway for sales growth via client meetings or virtual presentations.
- Be updated with the market trends. Prior experience working in wealth management firms, Private banking, PMS, Advisory, AIF Acquisition or ticket MF Sales with exposure to HNI client management.
- Fostering client relationships and increasing assets under management from potential clients.
- Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly target
Requirements •
Graduate + MBAs from premier institutes
• Minimum 2 -5 years into PCG / HNI Broking
• Relationship Managers with prior experience in a Broking/Private bank/wealth management set up.
• Should be aggressive, result-oriented & self-motivated professional
• Should have experience of handling HNI Client Acquisitions and Relationship Management & service.
• Ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finance.
• A thorough understanding of financial markets and the various financial products to identify the best product mix for the client to suit his risk profile.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to generate trust and confidence in clients.
• Over the years, candidate should be self-driven and aspire to move up the ladder, with the growing organization in building up and leading own teams independently
