Role: Institutional Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Institutional Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with brokers and exchanges, with a proven track record in trading setup and connecting with trading desks and prop shops. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and building robust relationships within the trading community in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and connect with trading desks, proprietary trading firms (prop shops), and other institutional clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the trading community.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their trading requirements.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and market penetration.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the trading and brokerage industry.

Present our products and services to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value propositions.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with trading, research, and technology teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Track client feedback and market developments to inform product enhancements and business strategies.
