Systems Security Administrator would need to have at least 2-3 years of experience focused on
cybersecurity and 3-5 years of experience in an IT system supporting Or System admin roles. You
are a self-starter who can work with minimal direct supervision. Situated in our Bangalore office.
You will work as a team to ensure that systems are available, secure, and delivered to other staff
promptly. You will also work on improving the system support, suggesting upgrades, patching
strategies, process and procedure enhancements. Successful candidates will have a technical
background, understand tools and processes supporting IT support/MDM, Be detail-driven and
have excellent problem-solving abilities. You should not only be passionate about delivering secure,
robust, reliable, and on-time solutions but should also be obsessed with contributing to the
development of high security standards through established security policies & ITIL best practices.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Designing, securing and collaborating for secure computing environment
- Administration of operating systems, primarily Mac and Windows
- Deliver high-level support for our core platforms, including user support, ticketing,
- Fleet management / MDM / Group policies / FleetDM / swif.ai
- Software approvals and procurement, and provisioning
- Responsible for OS images, Hardening, and ensuring regular patching to maintain
- Administration of core technologies including converged security infrastructure,
- Managing work queue through request and incident tickets
- Participate with critical incident response activities, Like investigation if needed
- Documentation of systems, including but not limited to Patch management
- Identify and resolve a wide range of system issues. (troubleshooting)
- Collaborate with internal personnel at all levels of the organization
- Document requirements from stakeholders and translate to actionable tasks
- Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions such as monitoring,
- Enforce system standards, thoroughly document procedures and best practices
- Imaging all offboarding devices and storing it for IR or ID
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of experience as a security practitioner in IT
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Support / Systems admin role
- Any Certification in Cybersecurity. Like, CompTIA Security+
- Certification in IT Support or System Administration. Like, CompTIA A+
- Deep understanding of computer, networking, and storage concepts
- Familiarity with IT automation platforms such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Proficient scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar high-level scripting languages
- Experienced in Identity management architecture, (MS Active Directory, LDAP, etc)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong documentation skills, ensuring clear and comprehensive records of system
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills, enabling swift resolution of technical challenges
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize tasks in an evolving environment
- Familiarity with business processes, and device and security policies
- Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions that balance risk to business with
- Availability of off-hours meetings if needed for incident response
- Familiar with automation & scripting tools like
- Ability to show root cause of an issue
- Computer repair and recovery, Computer service knowledge is a plus
