As a Cyber Security Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and imparting

security training and security culture to all Organizational Personnel, managing training

sessions and with regular system audits map the attack surface throughout organization

and also with the obtained analytics conduct security risk management programs like

cybersecurity drills, enforcing security awareness training, enforcing security policies etc.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that cyber security initiatives are

effectively planned, executed, and delivered. The ideal candidate will possess a strong

background in cyber security, along with proven Project/Program management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving culture of understanding and awareness of Cyber Security across Delta
  • Oversee the planning and execution of security programs, ensuring alignment with the NIST CSF and organizational security goals

Develop comprehensive project plans for cyber security initiatives, like security drills, and implementation strategies for ensuring security training completion.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies to identify potential threats through people and educate personals
  • Collaborate with different teams and design and conduct role related training educate them on the security risks of their design and implementation
  • Stay informed about emerging cyber security trends, threats, and best practices, and incorporate relevant insights into a monthly security magazine
  • Create and maintain Security news and Realtime security news Webapp/Slack

Create documentation, And regular monthly reports to high level executives on all security schedules, initiatives and progress of every effort.

  • Facilitate system audits, assessments, and security reviews of employees to validate compliance and address any findings or recommendations
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance and support, empower organizational security posture
  • Develop & manage security dashboards for onboarding and security self-assessment tools, procedures and metrics and coordinating those with other subject matter experts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for security training and discussions, Also serve as Single point of contact for security support required by all personnel
  • Prepare and deliver updates, status reports, and latest security presentations to senior management, technical teams, and regulatory authorities
  • Solicit feedback and input from employees also with senior staff to ensure alignment with business objectives and address any concerns or issues proactively
  • Document and enforce new and current security policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in Cyber Security training, or IT Risk Management.
  • Any full stack development experience.
  • Any Certification in Cybersecurity. Like, CompTIA Security+
  • Proven experience in cyber security initiatives and security program management.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management & cross functional environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving cyber security threats, technologies and trends.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality
  • Basic understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery, vendor risk management, data privacy, risk assessment.
  • Proven understanding of current best practice approach to security assurance
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to cyber security (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001)
  • Experience in VAPT is a plus
