Job Overview:

The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for driving Delta Exchange's capital-raising initiatives, targeting private equity and venture capital investors. This role requires a deep understanding of the crypto industry, familiarity with the B2C and internet sectors, and experience in successfully securing investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the PE/VC community and a proven track record in fundraising for financial technology or internet companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy to attract private equity and venture capital investments, aligned with Delta Exchange's growth plans.
• Investor Outreach: Identify, connect with, and build relationships with potential investors, including PE firms, VC funds, and strategic partners focused on the crypto and fintech sectors.
• Pitch Development: Create compelling investment pitches and presentations that effectively communicate Delta Exchange’s business model, market opportunity, and growth potential to investors.
• Due Diligence Management: Coordinate the due diligence process, ensuring timely and accurate provision of information to potential investors, and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations on investment terms, valuations, and deal structures, ensuring favorable outcomes for Delta Exchange.
• Market Insights: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and investor sentiment within the crypto, fintech, and broader internet sectors to inform fundraising activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other key stakeholders to align fundraising efforts with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Financial Analysis: Develop and refine financial models to support fundraising efforts, providing investors with clear and accurate financial projections.
• Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related field, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or internet sectors.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Network: Established network within the PE/VC community, with a focus on crypto, fintech, or B2C internet companies.
