Product Manager – Internal Tools & Dashboards

Experience: 3–5 years

Industry: Broking / Trading / FinTech (mandatory)

We are looking for a Product Manager with experience building internal support tools and dashboards used by teams such as Support, Compliance, Product, Marketing and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and own internal dashboards for:
• User details & activity
• Payments, deposits & withdrawals
• KYC & compliance workflows
• Trading data (orders, positions, P&L, margins)
• Business and operational metrics
• Work closely with Support and Compliance teams to solve operational problems.
• Collaborate with Engineering on data models, APIs, access controls, and performance.
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable and compliant.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience.
• Prior experience in the broking/trading industry.
• Ability to write clear PRDs, workflows, and data requirements.
• Strong understanding of trading flows, payments and KYC processes.
• Experience building internal tools or data-heavy products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with BI/dashboarding tools.
• Background in automation and operational efficiency.
