SEDA is a multichain, permissionless protocol linking real-world data to any blockchain network. We're currently seeking a dedicated Discord Moderator to oversee our server and enhance our community engagement initiatives.

We are seeking individuals based in regions spanning the American, Asian, or Australian time zones to ensure around-the-clock moderation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations on our Discord server, ensuring a smooth user experience and strict adherence to our community guidelines.
• Stimulate and guide meaningful discussions within our community, maintaining a respectful atmosphere and prompt responses to member inquiries.
• Address community inquiries pertaining to SEDA, which may occasionally be of a technical nature. Appropriate training will be provided.
• Work in tandem with the Community Lead to plan and execute community incentives and events.

Desired Qualities:

• An active interest in cryptocurrency, particularly its technical aspects.
• A thorough understanding of the conventions and cultural nuances of the crypto space.
• Previous experience moderating Discord servers for crypto-related projects.
• Knowledge or experience with oracles or the underlying infrastructure of the crypto industry is highly valued.
• Exceptional written English skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills, a collaborative mindset, and acute attention to detail.

Salary:

• The compensation for this role will range from $500 to $750 per month, contingent upon experience.
