Responsibilities

👉 Business Development - identify, reach out, and close new users for the network on both the demand and supply side

👉 Events - Coordinate our presence at major ML and crypto events and hackathons around the world. Also organise our own side events and maintain strong links with our partners

👉 Onboarding - bring users into the network and make the process seamless

👉 Community engagement - monitor all media channels and be the friendly face for Gensyn

👉 Keep users happy - collect user feedback and ensure it is enshrined in our roadmap

Minimum requirements

✅ Crypto experience - hands on experience with a crypto protocol that provides real utility to users

✅ Hands on ML experience - you have intermediate experience training machine learning models, and intimately understand the issues our demand-side users face

✅ Customer/community exposure - you know how how to talk with users of the product, manage their expectations, close them, and keep them happy

✅ Extreme autonomy - you are able to work with minimal direction in an extremely technical environment
