We’ll augment our memories with foundation models—individually tailored to us through RLHF and connected directly to our thoughts via Brain-Machine Interfaces—blurring the lines between organic and machine intelligence and ushering in the next generation of human development.
This future demands immense, globally accessible, uncensorable, computational power. 👉 Acquire initial users - identify, engage, and acquire the initial subset of users for our testnet releases
👉 Understand market - deeply understand the emerging trends in the machine learning industry; including the following areas: application layer, research, hardware, and regulation
👉 Partner - maintain strong relationships with other organisations and promote Gensyn’s interests
👉 Close the loop - push all relevant information to team members focused on product and ecosystem - and identify opportunities to improve the product/community
👉 Ownership - of the acquisition strategy around one of the following:
Demand side - ML researchers and engineers
Supply side - hardware owner/operators
✅ Strong, hands-on, experience - in one (and some exposure to the other) of the following:
Machine learning: including some programming experience in relevant libraries (e.g. PyTorch)
Crypto: including exposure to hardware networks and governance
✅ Pre/alpha product-stage GTM/sales experience - particularly in an industry that is rapidly evolving
✅ Developer-first experience - have sold products directly to developers and empathise with them
✅ Highly self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Comfortable working in an applied research environment - with extremely high autonomy and unpredictable timelines
