Introducing - The Rarible Marketing Summer Internship Program
This isn’t your average internship.
Interns at Rarible will take a deep dive into the world of NFTs, where meme culture meets digital innovation. You’ll play a hands on role at the forefront of the Rarible marketing team, creating content that resonates with the web3 community, driving engagement, and pushing creativity and boundaries. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference here at Rarible while gaining incredible experience along the way.
What You Can Expect
Orientation Week: Immerse & Connect. Dive into Rarible’s culture & the web3 & NFT ecosystem. Familiarize with Rarible's platforms, team, and tools. Get connected with the marketing team - your new coworkers.
First Month: Content Creation & Community Engagement
Create daily content driving NFT & web3 trends, engaging the community, and tapping into meme culture.
Experimenting with new ideas and guerrilla marketing tactics through our social platforms.
Engagement engagement engagement - let’s dive deep with the community.
Second Month: Growth & Going Viral
Develop strategies to spark engagement.
Plan and execute a viral marketing campaign - start to finish.
Execute ideas to increase following.
Third Month: Where Data & Memes Intersect
Harness data to analyze above campaign - identify what worked & what didn’t.
Take learnings to develop a new viral marketing campaign - start to finish.
Create posts to aim at driving new trends rather than following existing ones.
Final Month: Risk & Recap
Experiment with one new edgy idea or risky campaign.
Stretch your creativity & tap into the attention economy.
Reflect on learnings & contributions.
Present summary of achievements & insights.
You Aren’t the Average Intern
We’re looking for someone who stands out in the crowd. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work. You have a keen understanding of what it means to live and breathe web3 & NFTs, love marketing & social media, and have a good sense of trends in the space.
You’re also highly organized, willing to jump in and take ownership of projects and tasks, know how to stay organized in a fast paced environment & willing to experiment with a high sense of creativity.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will be in the range of $15-$25 per hour. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
