Rarible is a leader in the Web3 ecosystem, empowering businesses and individuals with best-in-class NFT marketplaces. We are seeking a Product Manager to take Rarible to the next level by delivering world-class marketplace experiences for our B2B customers.
Rarible is the go-to solution for large Web2 enterprises and blockchain clients, and this role is critical to refining and executing our vision while driving innovation in a fast-evolving space.

Your Role:

  • Elevate Our Vision: Build on the existing vision for Rarible and define the roadmap to deliver the best-in-class NFT marketplace experiences.
  • Lead Execution: Collaborate with a strong team of front-end engineers and work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and business development to turn vision into reality.
  • Deliver Excellence: Help us create innovative solutions that address the unique needs of enterprise and blockchain clients while ensuring quick delivery of high-quality features.
  • Enhance Experiences: Focus on optimizing the user journey, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience across our B2B offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Execution: Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Rarible, aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Customer-Focused Development: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Quick Delivery Mindset: Use agile methodologies to iterate rapidly and ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements.

About You:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years leading teams or initiatives.
  • A passion for NFTs, Web3, and marketplace technologies, with a deep understanding of their dynamics.
  • Experience working on B2B products, especially within marketplaces or enterprise-level solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams and priorities.
  • A proven ability to execute strategy, deliver results, and drive product adoption in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong UX/UI intuition to ensure the best user experience across the platform.
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, stock options and a token grant. Total compensation will be $140k-$190k. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
