We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Associate to join our Investment Team. In this role, you will collaborate with entrepreneurs raising funds via Republic Europe, facilitating their funding process and subsequent inclusion in the Republic Europe portfolio. Your responsibilities are crucial in effectively managing our portfolio companies to safeguard the interests of our investors.

• Engaging with portfolio companies throughout their growth trajectory.
• Handling shareholder consent requests related to new investment rounds, restructures, wind-ups, and exits.
• Monitoring our portfolio, addressing significant issues as they arise.
• Identifying new products or process enhancements to facilitate team scalability or provide added value for our entrepreneurs and investors.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as financial or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability as a self-starter and problem-solver, with confidence in analysing issues and making decisions.
• Proficiency in efficient time management and prioritization across multiple workstreams.
• Genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and venture capital.
• Flexibility, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to establish and sustain positive relationships.
• Strong analytical skills.
